When it comes to exercising,especially when on a diet, many people can get quite creative with their excuses not to do keep up with an exercise routine. The truth is that, when we are still getting in good condition, working out isn't fun; working out is hard work. Getting in better shape doesn't necessarily feel good, despite the endorphin rush many of us feel afterwards.
